Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 國際企業管理學系 === 100 === Dynamic capability and “commitment-trust theory” among supply chain are pop-ular subjects in recent years. This study aims to research, in the opinion of trust and re-lationship commitment, the dynamic capability and “commitment-trust theory” from a long-term cooperation between manufacturer and supplier, to review the theory source and to compare and analyze the constitutive factors thereof. The references taught that there are differences between these two constructs - trust and relationship commitment – but there are something in common as well. In addition to establishing the theoretical framework of this study by organizing references, it also performs empirical analysis over 54 effective questionnaires for companies by way of descriptive statistic, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The result shows that the influences which trust and relationship commitment make on dynamic capability in-crease or decrease with the influences of relationship commitment. Meanwhile the trust and relationship commitment make in different degree of impact on dynamic capability. In spite of many similarities of constitutive factors found among trust and relationship commitment, they substantially exert influence on each other. Dynamic capability val-ues the internal and external interaction within an organization and behavior changes thereof which can promote manufacturer’ and supplier’s positions among supply chain. Besides, dynamic capability is related to degree of effect of trust and relationship com-mitment. In the end of this study, three empirical studies - trust affects dynamic capabil-ity, trust affects relationship commitment and the mediating effect to trust and dynamic capability made by relationship commitment - are brought up for the further discussions and verifications of subsequent studies.
