Previous studies state that there may be an inconsistent relationship between job security and group cohesion. It is necessary to further clarify the relation-ship between job security and group cohesion. Data for this study were obtained by means of questionnaires from any industrial employees. The empirical result shows that job security and group cohesion is positively correlated, that is, the organization provid-ed more job security, the staff will show higher group cohesion. By the empirical results, I give some suggestions for future research proposals.
