Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 國際企業管理學系 === 100 === The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between job security and workplace deviant behavior. Previous studies state that there may be an inconsistent relationship between job security and workplace deviant behavior. Moreover, this relationship is still unable to obtain the explanation through previous research. By reasoning, Job Satisfaction may specify the relationship between job security and workplace deviant behavior. Data for this study were obtained by means of questionnaires from any industrial employees. 370 questionnaires were sent out and the valid questionnaires were 303 by deleting incomplete or poor response questionnaires. A hierarchical regression analysis was taken to test 4 hypotheses. Based on the results generated, first, the job security and a negative relationship between workplace deviant behavior; second, job security and the Job Satisfaction positively related; Third, Job Satisfaction and workplace deviant behavior were positively related; The intervening effect of job satisfaction is completely supported. Finally in this research to establish the framework and empirical results, certain management practices of the implications and recommendations for further studies.
