This study is to discuss the placement of the cooling fan of the AGV, From the simple AGV module, set of six fan placement, Star-ccm+ analysis of the temperature drop fastest position, then the Design-Expert software, analysis of variance of the residual analysis, and discussion of fan location on the overall internal thermal field by identifying these important factors, the experimental project the response surface obtained by the optimization goal.
