This time, In the vehicle gauging process discovered when the entire window close, solar radiation and greenhouse effect influence vehicle cabin temperature reaches 63℃; and the instrument board temperature reaches 77℃. The temperature decrease experiment is suction outside air using the air blower of vehicle, and extract vehicle cabin high temperature air from the rear trim to outside. The experimental result showed works as the wind speed to be quicker, the cabin temperature drop proportion is also quicker, its best wind speed is 6m/s~8m/s, therefore when the vehicle cabin has the thermal convection phenomenon, the vehicle cabin maximum temperature reduce about 10℃ in the solar radiation strongest time.
