But the traditional ultra-light aircraft is still limited by production costs and the vehicle space. The equipment on aircraft is focusing on the concept of lightweight and low cost. Instrument display is also more primitive, less navigation message and violation warning system to provide pilots and ground crew to understand the flight conditions, and lack of strict planning to Air Traffic Control System, resulting in the number of flight accidents frequently. In this thesis, for ultra-light aircraft design a set of record navigation parameters and image information with the planning of the Air domain and non-compliance warning functionality of the system, not only to provide pilot Air domain and the vehicle''s flight information, but also make the ground control station staff to understand the vehicle status and flight path location after every vehicle flight. It is to monitor vehicles in designated Air domain-wide flight activities to reduce the illegal flight. The flight data is measured by airborne computer sensor unit, it’s captured in digital form, through the wireless communication module for transmission to the integrated instrument, instantly inform the pilot vehicle information, location of the ground and flight conditions. The flight data records from the memory module do a follow-up track and discussing. To distinguish vehicles which engaged in flight activities with the designated airspace with Civil Aviation Regulations specification is legal or not, thus improving the safety of vehicle navigation. This system has a modular, user-friendly, low-cost digital design, it improve not only traditional analog instrumentation, but to strengthen the ability of the air traffic control, and to monitor the flight condition of aircraft navigation area, and to increase avionics performance and safety of the flight crew, it will lead ultra-light aircraft to advance a new era.
