The needs for solar power panel brought up the new development and design of the electro-optical related components; hence the importance and accuracy of solar power panel testing and measurement. This studied tracking and measuring system is based on direct measurement of using various capacitors setting to collect parameters such as the most efficiency point on the solar power panel, the working voltage point, and the working current point.
