Therefore, in order to ensure product quality, product planning, design and test phase of engineering and machine design phase, especially in the manufacturing stage, attention should be paid to the manufacture of a variety of engineering quality control of the main conditions, and with the precision of the product, manufacturing engineering the equipment automation, no production has been replaced by automated equipment the artificial point where can be said that product quality has been automated equipment status affect at most. Quality maintenance PDCA cycle and Quality Control Plan enterprise for quality and customer requirements, quality, use of quality care can this case study to eliminate bad and enhance the quality, will be to enhance the project operating efficiency by 15%.The case will be domestic TPM companies for the study to explore the research and methodology of how to use PDCA cycle method to eliminate poor quality.
