Currently, techniques for content description and query processing in information retrieval (IR) are based on keywords, and therefore provide limited capabilities to capture the concepturalization associated with user intentions. The studies of conceptual search, understood as searching by meanings or semantic search rather than literal strings, has been the focus of a wide body of research. In this study, we focus on the web documents of Diabetes in Mandarin. Based on information retrieval technique, we design a process to retrieve web documents which whether there is diabetes-related concepts. We want to show a tool which could help automatically annotating such documents and therefore make the semantic search work.
