Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄大學 === 亞太工商管理學系碩士班 === 100 === This research is talking about the relationship of training ,motivators and job performance to aim at job performance after employees of Company A taking TWI training, then having further study on its impact on job performance, and the moderating effect on TWI training and job performance from motivators. This research adopts a questionnaire survey by taking all Company A employees as a population to perform questionnaires and empirical analysis in accordance with those who have got TWI training among Company A employees. Total number of valid samples is 241 and response rate is 42% based on test hypotheses. This research comes out following conclusions through some statistical analysis. 1.「Training」has significantly positive influences on job performance. 2.「Motivators」have significantly positive influences on job performance. 3.「Motivators」have NO significantly positive influences on training effect and job performance. According to this research, we get you advices as below. 1.「Training」has significantly positive influences on job performance. Therefore, we recommend that Company A should popularize TWI training to all employees, not just part of them. 2. This research provides potential researchers approach reference with this issue and categorized to develop it more perfect.
