The investigated is divided into two stages: The first, to find the optimum content of ultra-fine cement through the evaluation of compressive strength, workability and volume stability of paste and mortar with six substitution range (0% ~ 50%). The result shows that 10% substitute ultrafine cement has better compressive strength, low temperature and less crack formation than others. The second fixed 10% ultrafine cement substitution from the first stage and design high performance concrete by DMDA method using Fuller’s idea curve with three different powder series, three water-to-binder ratio (w/b) and three paste thickness (t) to explore the effect of adding ultrafine cement on the performance of high performance concrete. The result shows that Adding ultra cement will be ableo to have entire concrete much solid.
