Experimental results show that the tag rate is higher when distance between tag and reader antenna is closer; however, the tag read rate changes due to environmental multipath fading variation. To speed up the measurement process, a programmed Lego NXT robot is used to the move the tag location automatically without human intervention, such that sufficient data can be collected for statistical analysis.
