Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 100 === This thesis aims to study the driving and dimming circuits by using the digital control for high-brightness LED lamps. Conventional LED driver consists of a power factor corrector and a DC/DC converter to achieve high power factor and good current regulation. This thesis studies a single-stage flyback PFC converter to reduce the component count and raise the conversion efficiency. A twin-bus dimming circuit is also developed to reduce the switch stresses. The operation principles and design considerations of the studied LED driver are analyzed and discussed. A laboratory prototype is designed and tested to verify the feasibility. According the experimental verifications, the overall conversion efficiency can be effectively improved. And digital dimming function is also fulfilled.
