The development over the last 25 years of this financial market has expanded from 4 firms in the beginning to nearly 40 firms at present time. Because of the regulatory restrictions, firms in this industry provide similar products and services, along with the situation of limited and overlapping market, firms are facing severe competition in nowadays. Therefore the utilization of business strategy to upgrade firm’s competitive advantage in a tough environment is the utmost issue for the top management. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Company’s management strategies using SWOT analysis mechanisms. That is, to conduct an in-depth analysis on how the Company establishes its core value, as well as developing strategic plans and implementing relevant actions in order to react to this fast changing business environment. With the clearly identified core value, the Company builds up its long-term competitive advantages to aggressively responding to the business environment and customers’ requests. The business management logic of the Company can be used as reference by other domestic securities investment trust companies.
