To discuss the correlation between consider purchase factors(including factors such as location and timing) for the first-time homeowner of Taipei metropolitan area.Considering the significant factors influencing factors by statistical methods to analyze the demographic variables and residential purchase factors for first-time homeowner. Conclusions are summarized as follows; 1. The average of the considering factors for first-time homeowner of Taipei metropolitan area were: the purchase timing dimension was 4.21; purchase house affordability dimension was 4.24; house characteristic dimension was 3.81; seller characteristic dimensions was 4.17; family members dimension was 3.82. The purchase house affordability dimension is the highest, and house characteristic dimension is for the lowest. 2. Between the purchase timing dimension, purchase house affordability dimension, house characteristic dimension, seller characteristic dimensions and family members dimension were significant positive correlation. 3. The relationship between the personal background and consider purchase factors for the first-time homeowner of Taipei metropolitan area were not significant are gender, education level, work experience, currently living areas etc., and were significant were currently resides ownership, housing acceptable per ping unit price, Houses in acceptable per ping unit price, housing ownership budget.
