Each enterprise will set up a new business in accordance with different motivations and characteristics. In the different stages of the challenges faced also varied. Only the same course is full of daunting challenges. Enterprises must overcome every one of them, beyond, to make new business success. This thesis is written in a Harvard Business case study method, the paper contains two parts of the case content and teachers' guidelines manual, course aims, the Department for the use of new business creation process rugged process, guiding students to master the new business management topics: (A) How to create the survival of new business competitiveness? (B) How to pursue a new career and short-term profit maximization? This course will be discussed through the case, the teacher's guidance, and group sharing, to understand the creation of a new business management skills practices. Hope that through this course of conduct, it can inspire the students in the face of the case on the hardships experienced under the impact of a comprehensive business management point of view, to accumulate experience and integration of the new career management skills, and understand how to operate the tips of the new business executive skills, practical application in business practices in order to create the enterprise competitiveness and profitability none 鄭仁偉 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 90 zh-TW
