It’s like a gear which strung out the flow of the entire semiconductor industry. Every semiconductor sale and purchase transactions are subject to him which made the whole market to operate. It must continue to develop anew potential customers in order to sustain its competitive advantage in the highly competitive global market today. Thus, the case company focuses on the development of new services and new areas of customers. The prime purpose of this research is studying how to increase the competitiveness of Semiconductor distributors in the global market through the Blue Ocean strategy. And we also learn the market mechanism and experience from the United States, Britain and other advanced countries at the same time. We do the study by case study, which is qualiftative tstudy method. We analyze the competitive advantages of semiconductor distributors in the industry in the beginning, and then utilize the relevant information collected from the case company and the record of in-depth interviews to SWOT Analysis. We not only expect the study is able to help semiconductor distributors to establish an adequate competitive strategy within the fast change market, but also hope the sample corporation will build up a firmly competitive position in the world wide competitive market. This study generates conclusions as following: 1. Approved the constraint the industry faces through Blue Ocean Strategy, which could not cath up the hyper competitive industies. 2. Generalized the short-term and long-term competitive advantages and disadvantages, made the risk evaluation form the case studies as the further references of advantages establishment and strategic progress. 3.
