Meantime, analysis thermal module industry and explore the case company transformative the course of development. The case company not only addition the growth mode of market penetration and product development in both, but also adopted the diversification strategy of non-relate industries and hope to accelerate the development of the company. However, due to excessive competition in the industry and investment loss in the business both result in business loss for four years. Finally, through the adjustment of organizational and business strategy to find new business model for growth and profitability.
In this case take Descriptive Case Study Method. Take internal data of case company to explore the history and process of organizational change. Then sort out the critical success of case company’s transformation. Furthermore, since business change strategy development will affect whether the key to successes in transition. Therefore, another focus of case company is their business strategy under their own resources and in line with market environment conditions. Finally, this study through the depth interviews of the company managers to explore the reasons of the successful transformation change, then verity that the Eight Steps to Transforming Organization by Kotter.
Results of this study, on the one hand to predict the future by reviewing the past to know to learn to develop strategy for industry change. On the other hand as reference of industry develop transformation, to prove the industry how to get rid of the business through Eight Steps to Transforming Organization to overcome the industry loss. Finally, take organizational change strategy to successful turnaround.
