Faced on the industrial environment with short product life cycles, technology updates fast, semiconductor suppliers have to provided more technical support service items to assist the manufacturer's product time-to-market, so how to catch the key factors of technical support services making manufacturers and owned brand IT company satisfy is the key for provider to win success in this business environment. The purpose of this study is trying to find out technical support services critical success factors and also can provide a hierarchical structure. This study is based on the literature, and then through the depth interviews with industry executives to complete the basic pool. After that we apply Habitual Domains theory and the Analytic Hierarchy Process to identify the critical success factors from five dimensions(stylish, reliable, response, assurance and empathy)total of 18 factors and get the relative weight between the dimensions and the critical success factors. This relative weights and the ranking can help semiconductor suppliers to make the decision on critical resource allocation for different services to ensure the efficiency. Finally we found the most important factors is Debug fast and correctly, Response speed, Confidence of Certified Report, On Time, Professional Staff and Product Customize.
