Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 工業管理系 === 100 === The current study focused on the application of collaborative systems and archive data analysis to the improvement of bug management and development resource management to promote the research quality of the research and development of electronic product. Bug data and flow statistics collected from a image processing unit had been used to demonstrate the problem-solving process and how archived data analysis can be applied to enhance the product design quality and development resource allocation efficiency. This study proved the need to redefine each development process and re-allocate the resource accordingly to improve the product efficiency. The research and development human resource can be better integrated and adapted to the continuous change external environment and challenge from our competitors. The results from this research include: 1.To define the work flow at initial development stage and make sure each team member knows his own responsibility and collect necessary data for the resource management. 2.To collect archived data from an image-process company to demonstrate the application of archived data analysis in decision-making. 3.To improve project management by minimizing bottle necks of human resource.
