Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 化學工程學研究所 === 100 === This work aims to develop a mathematical model for the synthesis of refrigerated water network systems and chiller operating strategy simultaneously. First, we proposed a model which includes all possible configurations of refrigerated water network system. By setting relevant constraints of each part in the superstructure, the design problem of refrigerated water network system is formulated as a mixed-integer nonlinear program that can be solved for optimal configuration of refrigerated water network. By using objective function 1 which is minimizing the consumption of fresh refrigerated water, we get the optimal configuration of refrigerated water network in different design types. After satisfying objective function 1, to get the unique solution, we proposed objective function 2 or 3 which is minimizing the total flow rate through each using unit or through each RW main. Satisfying the objective function 2 or 3, we get the optimal configuration which is the unique solution. Finally, we set a fictitious plant to survey the model and the superstructure. Then, we use the real plant data simulate the results and discuss them.
