| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 教育學系(所) === 100 === The purpose of this study is to understand the correlations between
cell phone using and cell phone dependency among senior high school
students. Researcher used survey methods to analyze the cell phone
using and dependency situations of senior high school students in Taitung.
Totally, 1300 questionnaires sent and 1056 valid questionnaires taken
from 7 schools, and the overall response rate is 87.42%. The research tool
is “Questionnaire on the behaviors and dependence of using cell phones”
which is developed by the researcher.
The data analyzed with the descriptive statistics, independence
sample t-test, chi-square test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression
analysis.
The findngs of this study are concluded as the followings :
1.The motivation of using cell phone in the senior high students is
communication and multimedia.
2.The dependency of the cell phone in the senior high school students
tends to be a little high.
3.The different background variables exist significantly difference.
4.The different using situations have significautly difference about the
dependency of the cell phone.
5.The relations between using motivation and dependence factors are
positive.
6.The relations between using motivation and dependence factors can be
predicted.
