碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 100 === Age growth and physical aging are two big worries of the middle-aged and elderly labor , according to many literatures show age growth , focusing on reduced , reaction to recession , loss of movement capability are the main reasons for the middle-aged and elderly labor occupational accidents , in this study , the age of 45 as a dividing line , to divide the middle-aged and elderly labor and young-aged labor into two groups , the analysis of differences in working conditions , individual impact factor , the workplace safety and health ..etc , and the reasons for the middle-aged and elderly labor often occur occupational accidents , to put forward recommendations and improve strategies for reduce disaster risk . The results of this study show that the middle-aged and elderly labor in the eastern region of Construction Industry in Taiwan about 45.7% are the main income of the household economy , their education is low, mostly contract employees , no basic salary , on-time payment or a daily basispayment , on behalf of the middle-aged and elderly labor have few job opportunities and income is very unstable . Drinking , drinking refreshing beverages during work showed an inverted V-shaped distribution , work-related injuries and diseases , work-related physical discomfort , work-related body aches , the proportion of situations are significantly higher than young-aged labor . Falling , slipping , collapsing are the highest proportion of dangers in the work , and loud, dust, glare or radiation and odor are the highest proportion of harm in the work , body vibration, use vibrating hand tools, heavy lifting and poor posture are the highest proportion issue of human factors engineering . The worker for need the protective equipment proportion of lead to injury is 5.29 times that do not need the protective equipment , so use protective equipment for reducing occupational injuries is urgently needed . Safety and health knowledg of the middle-aged and elderly labor almost from Occupational trade unions , in order to reduce occupational accidents should grant the Unions in labor safety and health training , or strengthening labour inspection .
