This new business channel was suggested has advantages in reducing insurance transaction costs, and increasing the insurance penetration. The study also examines the performance of these possible contributions. From the valid questionnaire data statistic, the study explores the degree of acceptance the new system of the employees in insurance companies. In order to understand the pros and cons of dual-status business entity insurance agency system differences, in this study, using Chi-Square, one-way ANOVA analysis and Post Hoc test to verify the differences. The results indicate that develop dual-status business entity could promote the insurance industry sustainable development. In order to create a new business model of dual-status business entity, the study suggests the authority should build a well-established legal environment.
