Nowadays, almost all countries in the world encounter problems such as the stability and safety of energy supply, climate change and many other challenges. A lot of energy saving and carbon reduction technology have been developed, and green energy industry has emerged as the most promising industry in all countries. Therefore, this research constructs a system dynamics model of stationary hydrogen energy and fuel cells to evaluate the impact on economic benefit and environmental benefit of stationary hydrogen energy and fuel cells development in different scenarios. This study designs three scenarios: (1) Technology Scenario (Scenario 1)- raising hydrogen fuel cell conversion efficiency annually; (2) Policy Scenario (Scenario 2)- fuel price influenced by international market price fluctuations; (3) Economic Scenario (Scenario 3)- electricity price adjustment and imposing tax on energy. The result indicates that the unit cost of power generated by stationary hydrogen fuel cells with rapid technological progress will not be compatible to that of thermal generation until 2050. However, if the technology of stationary hydrogen fuel cells progresses annually and the fuel price fluctuates acutely, stationary hydrogen fuel cells could be used widely in power generation market earlier. At the same time, the more the power is generated by stationary hydrogen fuel cells, the higher the potential of CO2 emissions reduction. Chang, Ssu-li 張四立 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 118 zh-TW
