All the students of public senior high school of 100 academic school year were defined as research mother group. There were four hundred and sixty-two students eligible in this research. The research first started by using the “open-leading” questions to get the results which were used to make structural questionnaires. Furthermore, we applied SPSS (Version Windows 18.0) on the structural questionnaires in order to get the statistics. The correctness of the research is between .52~.94. The conclusions of the research were: 1.The willingness for organ donations of the targeted group was low. 2.Attitudes, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control were tightly related to willingness of organ donations. The number was up to 62.00%. 3.The statistics between attitudes, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control were as follows: the results of attitudes, behavioral belief multiplied by outcome evaluation were relatively positive (r=.66); the results of subjective norm, normative belief multiplied by complying motives were positive (r=.69); the results of perceived behavioral control, relationships between control belief multiplied by perceived power were relatively low. (r=.42) 4.There were numerous differences between donors and non-donors. The numbers were as follows: There were four significant differences on behavioral beliefs; six differences on resulting evaluation; five significant differences on normative belief; five differences on complying motives; five significant differences on control belief and six differences on perceived power. Overall, this research shows that there was a significant relationship between Attitudes, Subjective Norm and Perceived Behavioral Control, the explanatory power of the organ donation was 62.00%. In the future, this research could be used in Live and Death Education and other relative studies. Si-Chi Chen 陳錫琦 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 108 zh-TW
