All the undergraduates of one university in Taipei were defined as research mother group. There were four hundred and forty-eight samples qualified in this research. The research first started by using the “open-guied” questionaires to get the results which were used to make structural questionnaires. Furthermore, we applied SPSS (Version Windows 18.0) on the structural questionnaires in order to get the statistical data. The reliability of the research is between .61~.93. The conclusions of the research were: 1. The intention for organ donations of the targeted group was low. 2. Attitudes, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control were tightly related to the intention of organ donations. The number was up to56.00%.Among 33% for Attitudes, 24% for subjective norm and 22% for perceived behavioral control. 3. The research finds that the three elements of the attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control are with positive relation with the intention of organ donation;the height was Attitudes (r=.47) second was subjective norm (r=.43) the lowest was perceived behavioral control (r=.28). 4. The statistics between Attitudes, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control were as follows: the results of attitudes, behavioral belief multiplied by outcome evaluation were relatively positive (r=.53); subjective multiplied and the results of normative belief by motivation to comply were positive (r=.63); perceived behavioral control and the results of control belief multiplied by perceived power were relatively low. (r=.43). 5. There were numerous differences between donors and non-donors. The numbers were as follows: There were ten significant differences on behavioral beliefs; nine differences on result evaluation; seven significant differences on normative belief; seven differences on motivation to comply; one significant differences on control belief and six differences on perceived power. In the future, this research could be applied with the core curriculum class design in terms of organ donation in the scope of the Life Education and Death Education. The purpose of this research was to analyze the intention of targeted group for Organ Donation and other relative causes by using the PlannedBehavior Theory.
The conclusions of the research were:
