I discovered that the original teacher professional development is a dynamic process.What we occur every day and the discussion with other people are the power to lead us to proceed professional development , it lets us have the breakthrough difficult position ability and the upward growth strength, these experience has enriched our. professional development. Narrating my life experience also provides a reflection for other teachers' reference, using narration as a path of critical thinking, a new awakening and constructing teach profession development. Through the process of self-discovering of teacher profession development, I come to realize myself again, understand my journey to become a teacher, and cherish my career even more.
