As the semi-professional Super Basketball League (SBL) had a smooth start, domestic basketball sport has been promoted to ultimate; however, in the rapid development of the unions, there always have been many bottlenecks happened and one of them is campaign violence. Foreign scholar Angela Schneider and Rob Butcher’s study (Fair Play as Respect for the Games) in the 1998 mentioned about six points of fair play: fair play as games, competitions, respect for the games rules and contracts, a virtue and respect for games. Model analysis as the research method, this study used the method of goodness of fit and depending on Schneider and Butcher’s sixth points of fair play: "Fair play as respect for the games" surveyed of the suitability of the violent issues that occur in the Super Basketball League. Researching on the six features of "fair play as respect for the games", including a fair start, the best performance of the participants, the uncertainty of the results, technical capacity decides the result not external factors, fair play within rules and high moral level competition to analyze the relevance of body contact and the judgment of the referee, violent events of domestic Super Basketball League have been mostly due to excessive body contacts and the improper judgment of the referee and this also proves that the concept of "fair play as respect for the game" is closely related to the violent events of domestic Super Basketball League.
