Methods: 10 college male students majoring in physical education (age: 20.10±1.37, height: 178.50±5.968, mass: 73.30±5.207, BMI: 23.02±1.233). Subjects were assigned to IAT group and OBLA group. And performed 3-week 3-d.wk-1 for HIIT, 120% -140% lactate threshold intensity, 4-6 exercises. Dependent sample t-tests were used to verify the variations before and after the experiment and independent sample t-tests were used to verify post-experiment differences between two groups. Results: Both groups’ VO2max and OBLA (VO2), IAT (VO2) were improved, OBLA group’s TT40 were improved, but IAT group weren’t. Two groups don’t have obvious differences on improved degree. All had significant negative correlation with TT40 (OBLA: -.631, IAT: -.697). Conclusion: Two kinds of LT intensity for HIIT were improved VO2max and LT (VO2).
