Domestic E-Check system, was completed on September 29, 2003, by the Taiwan Clearing House by Hua Nan Commercial Bank, IBM and HiTRUST start the Asia's first E-Check system. This Research is investigate the impact of the key factors for people to use E-Check system, based on the Technology Acceptance Model, using the system quality、Perceived Usefulness、Perceived ease of use、 Attitudes Toward Using IT and Behavioral Intention to use of related factors. In addition, the model also use the perceived playfulness to construct the expansion of the technology acceptance model, as analysis of the impact of people associated willingness to use electronic instruments. This Reseach is based on survey research mainly in Taiwan's Internet network users to send network questionnaire, The data analysis shows that the system quality, perceived usefulness、perceived ease of use and perceived playfulness, All have influence on the use of attitude.
