The study was designed to explore not only the implementation of "personal and society" as the main curriculum in a kindergarten, but also the impact of interpersonal interaction on early childhood. The study focused on a mixed aged class that consists of 28 pre-school children who are aged 4-5 years old. In this study, there were 4 goals in the curriculum: "appreciation and acceptance", "respect for others", "concern and tolerance", "the relationship between individual and group". The findings from this action research are summarized as follows: 1.The process of application the courses "personal and society" in a kindergarten. The researcher found that each stage of the implementation should include three components: cognitive, affective, and application. The activities were reflected and modified constantly through observing the interaction between children in the teaching process. Moreover, the researcher established real experiences by taking the examples from the living experience. The researcher built the caring with each other as a model to intrigue others imitating. In the end, if there are some related situation happened in the future, the experiences from these activities could be used as a reference. 2.The impact of the interaction between children after implemented the courses "personal and society". Learning how to interact with others appropriately in a variety of social contexts is a challenging task for children of different cultural backgrounds. Although there were still some negative behaviors between children, they can understand how to find the proper way to face it and solve it and did on their daily life. Overall, the feedback from the parents and children indicates a general positive perception toward the courses. The findings of the study can provide instructional considerations and recommendations for teachers, parents, and educational professionals in developing and implementing similar research activities in the future.
