| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 幼兒與家庭教育學系碩士班 === 100 === Being a teacher is not easy job for one carries out after graduation, it could be influenced by different factors from our surroundings. In this study, I applied the method of autoethnography to my life from growth experience to the career of a kindergarten teacher in Tayal tribe.
Through the autoethnography, my faiths in Tayal tribe is attributed to:
1. My original family and marriage educated me as a teacher should be responsible, friendly, helpful, fair, selfless, conscientious, considerable, and inclusive in my career life.
2. Some teachers and professional knowledge in graduated schools were the crucial influence on my fairs. In sense, I am able to insight to the child different development in learning.
3. From my teaching experience in Tayal tribe, the Tayal localization courses is a good method to teach Tayal children , and I recommended that kindergarten teachers in Tayal tribe should insist on my faiths.
4. From the feedback, the children as instructors in my career life inspired me to learn more skills to teach them, developed greater energy to help students, and to learned more self-growth.
From my autoethnography, I found that policy of early childhood education needs to follow consummate strategies and carry out,a teacher stays in Tayal tribe for a long term, it familiarizes a child with the learning environment and teachers. In sense, decreasing the turnover rate of kindergarten teachers who teach in Tayal tribe is a goal in the future.
