There were 2 classes of preschool children participating in the study. These 53 children were divided into experimental group (17 boys, 11 girls) and control group (11 boys, 14 girls). The experimental group received 8 weeks physical activities for two days a week and 50 minutes each time. Both two groups were accepted pre-test and post-test through the test of stability movement skills which contains dynamic balance (body rolling, climbing and jumping, climbing, walking on the balance beam part A, walking on the balance beam part B, timing of climbing , timing of walking on the balance beam part A, timing of walking on the balance beam part B), and static balance (open-eye standing with single foot, close-eye standing with single foot). An independent samples t test and independent one-way ANCOVA were used to analyze the differences of balance ability among different training condition. The results showed that the experimental group was better than the control group on the test of dynamic balance and static balance. And the performance between the results of pre-test and post-test were significantly different in body rolling, climbing and jumping, climbing, walking on the balance beam part B, timing of walking on the balance beam part A, open-eye standing with single foot, close-eye standing with single foot. The above results indicated that the physical activities enhanced the 4-year-old children’s stability movement skills. Ming Lu 盧明 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 152 zh-TW |
