The ability for robots to crawl on the wall or on the ceiling results in interesting robot applications here, such as a whiteboard-cleaning robot or a user-tracking light robot. Equipped with a camera to detect environment, theses mobile robots can perform intelligent tasks using visual servoing techniques. The image captured is sent to PC for processing and path is planned in Matlab environment. And then, the PC wirelessly transmits the action instructions to mobile robot by RS232 and ZIGBEE interface.
