Hence, successful e-SCM diffusion is considered as one of the most significant information technology innovation in contemporary organizations. Based on the diffusion of innovation theory (DOI), this study uses technological-organizational-environmental framework (TOE framework) to develop a research model to investigate the determinants of e-SCM diffusion. The research model examines the influence of technological context, organizational context, and environmental context on e-SCM diffusion. Data gathered from 140 IS executives in large Taiwanese firms were employed to test the relationships between the research model constructs using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. The results reveal that perceived benefits, knowledge management capability, and trading partner influence are important factors shaping e-SCM diffusion. Implications for practice and research are discussed. Hsiu-Fen Lin 林秀芬 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 70 zh-TW
