Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 航運管理學系 === 100 === Abstract The main purpose of this study is to investigate the degree of satisfaction with school lunch of the teachers, students and parents of Pai-fu Junior High School in Keelung city. Also, this study is to examine how the variables of the interviewees’ backgrounds influence the degree of satisfaction with school lunch on the aspects of food supply, the provided diet , food taste, hygiene, security, service and lunch fee. A total of 531 questionnaires were delivered, among which 461 were returned, with a recovery rate of 86.8﹪. The results are summarized as follows: 1 Among the sixteen public junior high schools in Keelung, only six of them provide government-planned and government-designed lunch. With the subsidy provided from the government, the students in Keelung pay less than those of other cities. 2 The students in Pai-fu Junior High School show a relatively high satisfaction with the food supply; while with the hygiene and security, they show a relatively low satisfaction. 3 The teachers in Pai-fu Junior High School show a relatively high satisfaction with hygiene and security; while with the provided diet and the food taste, they show a relatively low satisfaction. 4 In this study, the teachers show a higher degree of satisfaction than the students do. 5 Of all the interviewees, the parents show the highest degree of satisfaction with having the teachers’ company with the students during the lunchtime. However, the teachers, the students and the parents all show the lowest degree of satisfaction with the lunch fee. Key Words:Junior High School,School Lunch,Satisfaction.
