Therefore, PLM can speed up the processes of introducing new products, mass-production, and reactions to user feedbacks. Finally, it is an vehicle for a business to obtain advantages competition. In this thesis, we evaluate the user satisfaction of a case company that implements PLM system. By refering to SERVQUAL method, we use efficiency, reliability, security, reliability and conveniences to estimate the user satisfaction. We investigate the results of uer satisfaction of PLM with exploratory statistics and chi-square tests of independence. There are 162 effective questionnaires in this survey and the return rate is 76.06%. The analysis of the data shows: (1)In general, participants are satisfied with the service quality of PLM. (2)“Security”is the most satisfied item by the participant. (3)“Efficiency”is the most unsatisfied item by the participant.
