| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 海洋法律研究所 === 100 === Recently, Taiwan broke out judicial scandal frequently, resulting in the wave of judicial reform. As the lawyer for one of the judicial system, the attorney’s regulatory regimes will impact on the judicial quality.
Attorney has nature of public welfare, professional, independent features and self-discipline. This study proposes reform by submitting some incomplete regulatory regimes of attorneys, introducing the operation of ABA, NYBSA and CalBar. The ultimate goal in this study is trying to constitute a blameless protection attorney service market for consumer.
