In fact, the true nature of wind field vertical wind distribution is often different associated with the theories and the canonical assumption; in general, the real wind field change of wind speed does not reach the gradient heightto maintain a uniform, on the contrary it will have shrank or external expansion of the phenomenon. In this study, the Central Weather Bureau respective meteorological stations made in Taiwan typhoon comes, the past few years, more than 500 meters in height occurred outside the external expansion of wind speed observations, and wind data obtained were analyzed. This paper has the results as follow: found that the measured and at the Banqiao station, is very different with the specification. The value of is more than 0.32 in Category A. The value of is more than 500 meters, the value of and in Wind Resistance Design Specifications need to do an amendment to conform to the actual situation.
