Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 河海工程學系 === 100 === According to the survey of Construction and Planning Agency shows that proportion of old and new buildings about 3:97 in recent Taiwan. Consideration for East Asia earthquake is frequent in recent years and concrete-structure-cracks’ problems are also serious. To ensure the useful life of old concrete structures, it is very important about sustainability to do appropriate repair maintenance measures without the huge cost of reconstruction. To retain the integrity, security, and durability, It can be more slow down the global warming effect and achieve the sustainability rather than reconstructing a new building. In this study, epoxy resin with good mechanical strength and uniform mixing properties; acrylic resin paste with good water resistance, impact resistance. Hope to reach the high injection, with a certain level of bond strength of repair paste to concrete structures crack repair used. The results of this study show that through the use of superplasticizer, the cement-based paste material can also repair cracks. Injectability enhance with the w/c increases, but the bonding capacity decrease. Add acrylic resin modified cement paste, dramatically reducing the injectability and bonding capacity. The relationship between the time required for specimen filled with water-cement ratio is non-linear growth. Difficult to use the similar the Interpolation way compromise required to obtain specification interval. Through the test results, the general understanding of the paste flow and injectability is not associated.
