Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 河海工程學系 === 100 === Since the first metro Mu-Jha line started operating in 1996, metro system has been the most significant and convenient public transportation in Taipei city. Real estate near metro stations is usually preferred by builders and buyers, the pricing is always 10% – 30% more than average buildings. The concept of buildings jointing metro station is to combine stations into residential/commercial buildings, also commonly known as “next stop, home station”. Most builders will use metro stations to combine residential, commercial, grassland and riverside as conglomerate developing project plan. Using tunneling method to build the jointing artifical walkway platform of metro station may put into for greater good. First floor will fill with the metro facilities, second floor will include servicing space and public utilities, and third floor will have environmental structures. Since the design position is located in workshop track area and partial operating sectors, in order to provide safe and innovated construction methods while operating craning structure and relevant foundation pile installation. As a construction site managing engineer of metro workshop tunnel of artifical walkway platform method, we must ensure the high quality, cost control and project schedule for the best benefits. To analyze and discuss individual project base on searching and gathering information from metro of artifical walkway platform , we can hopefully refer from its innovated ideas for the future projects.
