Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 河海工程學系 === 100 === The huge metropolitan area of Taipei is developing rapidly. Densely populated with high vehicular traffic, its MRT stations are located around existing buildings. Because of limited land, design consultants can only make use of available space to plan facilities for the stations, and for contractors to fulfill their contract with the government according to the blueprints. The Metro Rail project incurs huge capitalization while the interfaces encountered by suppliers during the undertaking are numerous and complicated. Hence, the suppliers need a set of standards for all contractors to follow in order that the engineering interfaces produced during the entire undertaking may be integrated and managed. On the other hand, interfaces that are disadvantageous to the progress of the work may be controlled. This will safeguard the interests of the suppliers as well as ensure prompt project schedule and quality. The main construction work contractors and suppliers will hold a monthly on-site CIP coordination meeting where all interface suppliers (including water and power, environmental control, power supply, signals, communications, automatic ticketing and rails suppliers) will coordinate and deploy all main equipment to their respective position and management methods during the undertaking of the project. This would also serve as the basis in the design stage of the SEM drawing which in turn will be compiled and included in the building and structural diagrams. These diagrams will help construction contractors in drawing up engineering plans which to be used later as important references during the implementation stage. Equipment and pre-buried pipes (parts) needed by all accredited electrical and mechanical subcontractors must be included one by one in the drawing to conform to the SEM drawing required at the job site. The requirements of all suppliers are to be gathered together as a basis for later jobs to upgrade work quality and save costs. This research takes the following projects as examples: The station and tunnel construction works of the CE831A Nan-Kang Line East Extension Section, the electrical and mechanical project of CE730A, the escalator project of CE636C/D, the water、power and environmental control of the CE630A and the electrical and mechanical sub-project of the CE638A. While the construction work is being undertaken, the requirements of all electrical and mechanical systems and the clarification of interfaces needed to conform to the contract specifications must be clarified; so that a list of all types and operations of associated system suppliers can be completed. The results of this research will improve work efficiency and project quality and will also serve as a reference for future engineering works.
