Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 河海工程學系 === 100 === Provincial Lane 62, between Wanli and Ruibin, is the northernmost one of the twelve eastbound & westbound expressways, belonged to the National Construction Plan of Six Years. The origin of provincial Lane 62 is connected with Keelung-Jinshan highway in the east side of Wulun primary school, located Dawulun industrial area, through Dawulun, Madong, Dapu, Dahua, and then straight to Badu and parallel to National freeway No.1 and in the north of it , along the Yuanyuan Rd. to Nuannuan, and then through Sijiao Tin, Diliao, Ruifang at Ruifang District in New Taipei City, and finally connect to the North coast highway (Provincial Lane 2) at Ruibin. The total length of this expressway is 18.76 kilometers.
Provincial Lane 62 construction project was commenced in April, 1995 and was finished in May, 2007. It lasted nearly 12 years. Due to passing through the mountainous region in Keelung and Ruifang area, this construction project was suffered from a colluvium, overburden, coal slag accumulation layer, waste coal mines, dip slope, sandstone siltstone, shale and interbedded sandstone and shale, and other geological conditions. Besides, it was located at the northeast corner of Taiwan, damp areas. The geological variability, heavy rain and typhoon have caused three slippery slope collapses and landslides during the construction period. The goal of this thesis is trying to study serious slippery slope collapses and landslides in Project 19, located at Rueifang in New Taipei City, so as to discuss and research the reasons of the slope collapses and landslides, for a personal and departmental reference to similar projects in the future.
