Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 健康促進與衛生教育學系在職進修碩士班 === 100 === The objective of the study was to explore the healthy lifestyle of the military training instructors of the senior and vocational high schools in Taipei City. The relationship among healthy lifestyle, socio-demographic factors, working conditions, and personal healthy status were also analyzed. The survey was conducted using a self-made structure questionnaire in the second semester of 2011 academic year. A total of 406 valid questionnaires were collected. The major findings were as follows: 1. In the aspect of healthy lifestyle, the highest score was the daily life security, followed by stress management, self-health care, eating habit, and exercise. 2. The eating habit of the subjects was affected by age, living condition, military rank, position, years in service, working load, body mass index, diseases, and self-aware health conditions. 3. The exercise habit of the subjects was affected by age, military rank, position, type of school, working load, and self-aware health conditions. 4. The daily life safety of the subjects was affected by the military rank, type of school, working hours per week, and self-aware health conditions. 5. The stress management of the subjects was affected by the marriage status, type of school, working load, and self-aware health conditions. 6. The self-health care of the subjects was dependent on the marriage status, military rank, working load, body mass index, and self-aware health conditions. 7. The smoking behavior of the subjects was affected by the gender, age, marriage status, military rank, position, type of school, and self-aware health conditions. 8. The alcohol behavior of the subjects was affected by the gender, living condition, years in service, and working load. 9. The drunk behavior of the subjects was affected by the gender, years in service, working load, body mass index, diseases and self-ware health conditions. Based on the results stated above, several suggestions for the improvement of healthy lifestyle of military training instructor are provided. Recommendations for future study are also given.
