Via interview, observation, and data gathering and analysis, this research aims to find out the following conclusion with qualitative study on six incumbent elementary teachers in Art and Humanity domain. 1. For elementary teachers in Art and Humanity domain, their preference for art education, aptitude, and edification of their previous art teachers do affect their career choice. 2. In Grade 1-9 Curriculum, the intergenerational mobility between elementary teachers in Art and Humanity domain is not significant. 3. In Grade 1-9 Curriculum, the intragenerational mobility between elementary teachers in Art and Humanity domain is not significant. 4. The stability of job and influence from other people are the main factors that affect the intergenerational mobility between elementary teachers in Art and Humanity domain 5. The shortage of vacancies and the unfriendly teaching environment are the main factors impacting the intragenerational mobility between elementary teachers in Art and Humanity domain 6. Among all the factors that stop the intragenerational mobility from happening between elementary teachers in Art and Humanity domain, sense of achievement from teaching and support from family are the most crucial.
