The discrepancies created among the different parameters will be discussed in order to achieve an understanding on the degree of learning satisfaction from the rotary students of different parameters such as personal backgrounds. The population included rotary cooperative education program in different Industries of vocational high school in 2010. The formal questionnaire was used by stratified sampling to survey students from seven schools in northern, middle and southern districts. 1033 effective copies among the 1100 questionnaires released with the valid recovery rate of 93.9%. The data were conducted by descriptive statistics, Independent Sample T-Test, Analysis of Variance to testify the research hypothesis. The results showed: 1. The cooperative education program students in different Industries of vocational high school tend to be highly-satisfied toward every dimensions of schools. 2. The cooperative education program students in different Industries of vocational high school tend to be highly-satisfied toward the cooperative educational institutes. 3. The learning satisfaction of different background variables in rotary cooperative education program is significant. The background variables includes "the location of school", "different subjects ", "different school grades", "different future planning" and "living allowance". And with no significant difference in "the motivation of studying ". 4. The satisfaction toward cooperative education institutes of different background variables in rotary cooperative education program is significant. The background variables includes "the location of school", "different subjects ", "different school grades", "different future planning" and "living allowance".
