Moreover, it is the best way to implement Environment Education. In recent 30 years, the prosperity of Eco-tourism serves as a reliable choice in Outdoor Education arrangement. According to literature review, In Taiwan, elementary school teachers held high perceptions of Eco-tourism along with positive attitude towards Eco-tourism. In addition, elementary school teachers with high perceptions of Eco-tourism and positive attitude toward it held positive attitude towards combining Outdoor Education with Eco-tourism together. However, there are existing problems of implementing Outdoor Education in elementary schools to be solved, including time-deficiency, insufficient common consensus, incapability, resources-deficiency, anti-revolutionary, and inflexible administration. As a result, the purpose of this study aimed to compare the advantages and disadvantages of Eco-tourism design by three travel companies.
To achieve the purpose, the different competition modes produced by QFD were provided to three travel companies in Kaohsiung. Then, based on the statistics which revealed the advantages and disadvantages of the modes, the travel companies would improve their service to satisfy the customers’ needs. By administering QOD, elementary school teachers could acquire professional support and service offered by travel companies, so that the teachers could acquire sufficient information on the plans and the execution of Outdoor Education design; Furthermore, it is hoped that the Outdoor Education could become part of schools’ distinctive curriculum. Also, the travel companies could offer better service than ever to gain their reputation through not only meeting schools’ demands but also lowering communication barriers between them.
