Summary: | 博士 === 國立臺南大學 === 教育經營與管理研究所博士班 === 100 === As the coming of the competition by globalization and marketization, the school becomes an organism of adapting inner and outer environment changes and being growthful and developing from static structure. Talking about the school management performance, we should understand the principal is the leader of the school. A principal who has good performance is the key of promoting school change. It is an issue worthy to research about whether the principal brings good management performance or leads the school to be what kinds of situation.
The dynamic capabilities are considered in this study to exam the moderator of the influences of the change leadership of the elementary school principal on the school management performance.
The study employed the questionnaire survey method. The objects were elementary school teachers in Taiwan. With stratified purpose sampling, 681 teachers were taken as research effective samples according to school scale. In the light of the valid questionnaires, this research conducts a confirmatory factor analysis by linear structural relationship model (LISREL). In order to prove the cause and effect way and interrelation of the principal’s change leadership and school management performance by LISREL. And to understand the influence of moderator by computer software SPSS version 12.0. The statistics method is hierarchical regression analysis. Conclusions and Contributions obtained from this research are as follows: 1.The principal change leadership has positive influence on the school management performance. 2.On the moderating effects of dynamic capabilities, while the higher dynamic capabilities, the stronger positive influence of the principal change leadership and the school management performance. Bases on the results this research, some conclusions and suggestions for schools and future study were proposed.
