Sixteen male players were assigned randomly to training group or control group. All subjects were underwent regular basketball training while training group practiced plyometric training in addition 2 times a week for 12-week. Training intensity and techniques were progressive changes from first week to last week. In order to avoid injury and maintain subjects'' motivation, the total amount of training (set × RM) was reduced. All the subjects filled out a survey on health status and signed the consent, and performed standing long jump, vertical jump, 30-meter run and 10-meter×4 shuttle-run tests before and after training. One Way ANCOVA was conducted to compare the effects between the groups. The statistical significance is set at α=.05. The results showed that after training the training group performed better than the control group on the standing long jump, vertical jump, 30 meter running and 10-meter×4 shuttle-run significantly (p<.05). The conclusion was that 12-week plyometric training could apply in 6th grade male basketball players to increase power, speed and agility. none 陳樹屏 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 60 zh-TW |
